Chemotherapy Client(Western United States): Challenge: Chemotherapy Billing Client needed assistance with complete billing services including data entry as well as Accounts Receivable. Client had a significant amount of AR that was over 120 days. The difficulty was the amount of non-collectible accounts including the challenge of collecting on chemotherapy drugs.

In addition, because of the nature of Chemotherapy billing (pre-planned treatment planning), there were some special caveats that needed to be adhered to.

TekHealth Services provided complete billing Services including assisting the client on Revenue Cycle Management issues, and helped to reduce the AR backlog significantly over a 6 month period.
