Large Radiology Billing Client in Southern California : TekHealth Services was approached with taking on "incremental" work to assist the client with meeting their business cycle challenge. The work involved in was data entry including demographics and charge entry services.

TekHealth Services and the Client worked together and developed a transition plan:
- Scanning services was setup
- Transition Manager allocated on both sides
- Transition Plan developed jointly between TekHealth and the Client
TekHealth Services provided the client with not only the ability to take on this incremental work but also was able to deliver the work with a cost savings in excess of 40% with work being turned around in a 24-48 hour period.
