Access Security is implemented using the following:   Virtual Private Network (VPNs) between   Client and Tekhealth. We can also work     Firewall-to-Firewall here. We use a   number of popular systems including   CISCO's LINKSYS as well as other VPN   products in the market

•   Secure Communications via Encrypted email/secure email products   including secure chat etc...
•   Secure File-Transfer-Protocol (Secure FTP)

Data Security enforced by contracts:

•   All employees of TekHealth Services are required to sign a NON-   DISCLOSURE AND DATA CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT with the   company.
•   All other personnel who are likely to come in close contact with   protected   health  information, are also required to sign the above   agreement.
•   Strict disciplinary procedures (including penalties, termination from   service   and legal  action) are put in place for non-compliance and/or   violation of   the agreement.
•   TekHealth Services will sign a Business partner Agreement(BPA) with   the client, as required under HIPAA.
