Rob Ramoji, CEO: Rob has spent over 20 years in the Information Technology field. He started his career at Oracle Corporation, where he spent much of his time managing a team of developers and personnel in the Oracle Applications Product Line. He has also spent time at Sun Microsystems, Inc. in an Executive Capacity.

Rob then, started Kay Software, an IT services company, that he sold to Perot Systems in 2000 when the company was generating a 25M Revenue run rate. Later, with Perot, he was responsible for developing the division to 150M annual revenue. Rob is also on the board of several companies including Encover, Inc. a CRM company in the Bay Area.

Jay Govind, Executive Vice President:

Jay has over 18+ years experience in the Information Technology area. Jay started his career at Oracle Corporation, where he spent much of his time in sales activities, working with the State and Federal Governments. Jay has also spent time at Unify Corporation and Sequent Corporation in Software Application Development. After Oracle, Jay worked for eJigsaw, Inc., an IT Marketplace focused company, where he was responsible for completing deals with Oracle, IBM, WEBEX. At eJigsaw, Inc, Jay was also responsible for working with 350+ IT executives around the world, in providing solutions to complex IT problems. Jay also worked in Healthcare IT software development, where he was responsible for developing HIPAA compliant software for Dental/Orthodontic Practices.

S. Srinivasan, Director/Chief Strategy Officer:

Srinivasan is currently responsible for all the strategic initiatives that the company plans to undertake. Until 2000, he was Vice President of Internet Solutions for
TIBCO Software where he worked for 9 years since their days of Teknekron Software Systems. At TIBCO his focus was to set the company's Internet strategy and make TIBCO the dominant provider of e-business infrastructure software for Internet marketplaces and financial stock exchanges. He was also responsible for
building and operating TIBCO.net -- an outsourced Internet data center for many of the largest consumer Finance portals such as Yahoo!, AOL/Netscape, and
Altavista. Before TIBCO he built Gigabit switches for Ultra Networks, and distributed databases for AT&T Bell Labs. Born in India, Srinivasan received a BSEE from REC Trichy, MSCS from University of Texas in Austin, and an MBA from University of California in Berkeley.
